Gingerbread

Good and easy to do!

  • 250 gr.
  • 125 grams of flour.
  • sugar 125 gr.
  • 2 dl honey, milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • a teaspoon of spices (I put cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg)
  • a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa

Sift flour and cocoa into a bowl, add sugar, spices, salt and mix with care.

I dissolve the honey in the milk over low heat, let cool and pour into flour mixture and spices. Mix with a spatula for 10 minutes!

Heat oven to 160 ° and bake in a cake tin for about 1 hour.

Above I added some nuts, or you can put slices of apple.

It keeps well wrapped in aluminum foil and kept for several days!
