Vieste (FG) : dal 6 al 10 luglio 2010 si svolgerà a Vieste, in provincia di Foggia, la terza edizione della Fiera del gusto. Il tema di quest'anno sarà "l'olio", come elemento identificativo e di promozione della regione e della cucina tipica locale. Nella giornata di inaugurazione si terrà un concorso di piatti Tipici della Daunia, preparati esclusivamente con l'olio prodotto nel micro-territorio di provenienza del piatto e fatto degustare ai visitatori. To mark the occasion will be open to the public free of culture sites including the archaeological, artistic and historical, architectural, archive and library, cinema, theater and music. Participate in a spirit of synergistic collaboration, autonomous regions and provinces, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of University and Research and other cultural institutions in the private and public character. The meeting is on the list of initiatives that aim to celebrate 2010 as International Year dedicated to biodiversity.
